One of those changes, of course, is today’s labor shortage and related employment and staffing challenges. Compounded by the growing number of people shifting careers, working from home, demanding more pay and benefits, unionizing, and even demanding an ownership stake, franchisees and franchisors are scrambling to adjust to this new reality.
