Franchise History

Dan and Julie Volmert recognized the need for a true sports bar & grill in the St. Louis market more than 20 years ago. They created Hotshots Sports Bar and Grill in 1990 to meet that need with a unique combination of “All The Games All The Time,” pool, darts, video games, and food. Since 1990, Dan and Julie have been continuously involved with improving the Hotshots system and growing the brand.
