Bennigan's Burgers Now Made with Premium Angus Beef

PLANO, Texas – Bennigan's burgers are getting an upgrade. Beginning January 8, the 10-ounce top-sirloin steak and all Bennigan's burgers will be made with 100 percent Angus beef.

"Our burgers are a cornerstone of the Bennigan's menu and we want to bring our guests an even higher quality product," said Clay Dover, executive vice president and chief concept officer for Metromedia Casual Dining. "By using Angus beef we are providing our guests with top-shelf burgers and steaks and we think our guests will appreciate the difference."

In addition to serving Angus burgers, Bennigan's is also introducing a limited-time Chipotle Burger made with fresh avocado, Chipotle glazed onions, bacon and cheddar cheese; and Burger Bites, four mini burgers topped with American cheese to the menu.

Bennigan's traditional burgers are made with a half-pound of beef, cooked to the customer's specification and served with endless seasoned fries.
