Toronto, Ontario, January 22, 2013 – Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX: PZA) today announced that its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2012 will be issued at the close of market on February 14, 2013.

The Company invites analysts and portfolio managers to participate in a conference call with Paul Goddard, Chief Executive Officer and Curt Feltner, Chief Financial Officer.
