He currently manages a Dutch Bros Coffee shop in Houston, where he has worked since 2019 after completing his studies at Oregon State University and growing up in Santa Clarita, California. During his tenure, Javier has played a critical role in opening new locations, training staff across multiple states, and managing a team of 15 employees. Under his leadership, his current store has achieved an impressive 70% increase in revenue over the past year.
