Hounds Town USA Opens Pennsylvania Location

November 05, 2024 // Franchising.com // CARNEGIE, Pa. – Hounds Town USA  is thrilled to announce the opening of its newest location in Allegheny County.  Set to open on November 9, the Carnegie location will be owned and operated by Joe Allbaugh and Cody Tillia, experienced local franchisees.

Allbaugh and Tillia bring a wealth of experience to Hounds Town. Allbaugh’s extensive background in accounting, coupled with Tillia’s career in customer service, has already driven the success of their Strip District location, which opened in 2019. Seeing the rising demand for dog care, they chose to expand to Carnegie, providing more pet owners with a facility where dogs can socialize, exercise, and receive care.

Hounds Town services include interactive dog daycare, pet boarding, and stress-free spa services. Managed by a well-trained staff, dogs can play all day, providing both physical and mental stimulation, with a group of dogs that match their size and temperament for safe and fun socialization— guaranteeing a Hounds Town Hangover when pets go home. Further, Hounds Town has a no breed discrimination policy, making it easier for all pet owners to find reliable care.
