Sahara Ave, inside Spring Valley’s Village Square Plaza.
With a footprint spanning 5,000 square feet, the Spring Valley location offers guests a spacious, modern, and airy dining atmosphere, with a seating capacity of up to 160 people. The location will bring Broken Yolk Café’s inventive culinary reputation to the forefront of Spring Valley’s breakfast & brunch scene, with brand staples like the Hawaiian sweet bread “Tiki Toast,” the Cinna-Cake, and Sope Benedict.
This latest addition to the brand is owned and operated by ScaleX3 Management, a growing Southern California-based restaurant group whose portfolio now boasts 12 Broken Yolk Cafe locations; a testament to the organic growth of the franchise and its category-leading $2.7 million AUV.
To celebrate the new location, Broken Yolk Café will reward the first 100 guests to purchase an entrée on opening day with a $25 gift card. Additionally, guests who sign up for the Broken Yolk Café rewards program will have the chance to spin a prize wheel and win exciting items, including Broken Yolk Café swag, gift cards, and prizes from neighboring stores Poppy Collective and Color Me Mine.
