Vicky Bakery is the beloved original family-owned Cuban bakery founded in 1972 in Hialeah, Florida. The authentic and traditional recipes have not changed over time and Vicky Bakery continues to bake and serve daily a wide variety of breads, pastries, desserts, breakfast items, sandwiches, cakes, coffee, and more. 

Franchise History

Antonio and Gelasia Cao fell in love over 50 years ago while working at Cuba's most renowned bakery at the time, La Vencedora. The couple married and migrated to Miami as political exiles, and soon had enough money saved up to buy a small bakery in Hialeah. In 1972, Antonio and Gelasia opened Vicky Bakery where they started making pastries the way they made them in Cuba. Vicky Bakery has remained a family business.
